The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, while the independent variables in this study are organizational culture, self-efficacy, and motivation. The population in this study amounted to 43 employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Sampling of this study using simple random sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 software. The results showed that organizational culture and self-efficacy variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while motivational variables had no effect on employee performance. %Z Pembimbing: Jauhar Faradis, S.H.I., M.A.
