The research is quantitative, the research population is operational employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Research through the distribution of questionnaires, primary data using 56 questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. Simultaneous results of organizational climate variables, transformational leadership, self-efficacy affect employee performance. Partially, the organizational climate variable, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, while self-efficacy has no significant effect on employee performance.} }
