The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using the Partial Least Squares approach using the WarpPLS 5.0 analysis tool. Sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling method using 31 respondents from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara.
