%X The study aims to determine how the influence the variables of religiosity, knowledge, and location on customer decisions to save at Bank Sumsel Babek Syariah. The type of data in this research is primary data. The Population in this study were all customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and the number of samples used was 102 people/respondent. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS using SmartPLS 3 as an analytical tool. The results in this study state that partially religiosity, knowledge and location variables have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to save at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah.
