        abstract = {This study was conducted to examine differences in financial performance before and after the acquisition using a quantitative method by taking financial data of companies listed on ISSI making acquisitions in 2016-2018. The object of this research was selected using purposive sampling technique. There are 32 research samples before and after. Analysis technique with descriptive statistical test, normality test, and Sample Paired T-test. The results of this study indicate that the examination of four financial ratios including CR, ROA, DER and TATO shows that there is no difference between before and after the acquisition. A good financial indicator when the CR, ROA, and TATO values increase and DER decreases. However, based on the test of this study, the four ratios did not show a significant difference.}
