%X Muhammadiyah is a religious organization with a large potential for waqf assets. In fact, Muhammadiyah faces many hard problems which have caused the utilization of waqf in Muhammadiyah is not yet optimal. This research aims to identify the main priority of problems and its solution to optimize the utilization of waqf assets in Majelis Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. The data were analyzed using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The result shows that the main priority of internal problems is the shortage of waqf utilization while the main priority of external problems is the strong implementation of the old paradigm which results in ineffectiveness. The main priority of alternative internal solutions is to improve the management competence to be more professional while the main priority of alternative external solutions is to educate and socialize waqf to the whole community.
