Severance of Work Relations is a policy carried out by corporations that has an impact on employees. Those employees feels are always fear, and a lack of self-acceptance. And then this research to examine self acceptance factor’s to severance of work relations during pandemic COVID-19 in Sleman Yogyakarta. Informants involved in the study were severance of work relations in Sleman Yogyakarta. And total research informants amounted to three informants. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenology. The data collection process used interviews and observations on three research informants. The Informants in this research were decided by snow ball sampling. Data analysis and interpretation techniques refer to the five steps applied by Cresswell. Triangulation used by the sources, methods, and theories. Based on the findings in this research, all of the informants had experienced a severance of work relations which was several factors of self acceptance that support are wider perspective, purpose, and social attitude. %Z Pembimbing: Mayreyna Nurwardani, S.Psi., M.Psi
