abstract: Happiness is something that every individual desires, including santri with divorced parents. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and resiliensce on happiness in santri with divorced parents. The subject of this study are santri, aged 12-18 years, had divorced parents, as many as 58 people. The data were collected using three instruments, which are happiness scale, self-esteem scale, and resilience scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that, F = 18,469; p < 0,05; and R2 = 0,402. The hypothesis of this study was accepted. It means, there was a positive relationship between self-esteem and resilience together on happiness in santri with divorced parents. Self-esteem and resilience together contributed effectively on happiness of 40,2%. The regression equation model: Y = 21,823 + 0,316 Self-Esteem + 0,486 Resilience.
