abstract: The goal of this research is to analyze about the groupthink of klitih phenomenon among students in Yogyakarta. Using qualitative method that analyze phenomenology, the data is acquired through interview with the group “cicak” observation and documentation. Inside “cicak” group there is found driving conditions and symptoms of groupthink. When this driving conditions and symptoms emerge the group fail to use their awarness to make a decission that leading them to fail making a decission. According to “cicak” group their decission to do klitih is the right one. But, in society context their decission is a mistake because klitih disturbt peace in society. According to psychologist teens always wanted to be accepted in a group. According to them, the one who can understand them are themself. It takes good communication between groups member to rethink on their decission to avoid mistakes. According to the police, this act of klitih is complicated because the perpetrator are protected by child protection law. The police has done many things to reduce this phenomenon of klitih
