The widespread use of the Tiktok application in the country is no exception among students, the background of the author's idea to conduct research on the Tiktok application. This study uses the Uses and Gratifications approach which assumes that the audience actively chooses and uses media based on their needs. That's the reason that researchers use to make KPI students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga as respondents in this study with the assumption that KPI students have understood the theory of Uses and Gratification. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of motives for using Tiktok social media on the level of satisfaction in accessing information for KPI students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods with the type of research used is comparative descriptive. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire, with a total sample of 69 respondents using the Slovin formula. The hypothesis test used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. From this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the motives for using Tiktok social media on the level of satisfaction in accessing information for KPI students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This is stated by the coefficient significance index value of 0.000 which means that the value is smaller than the p value ({\ensuremath{<}}) 0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable X has an effect on the variable Y.} }
