%X The background of this research is that the family is part of the social environment  that deals with children directly, so parents must intensively introduce norms and values  to children for the first time. Many negative cases of children circulating in Indonesia  make the important role of parents in internalizing the values of Islamic education to  shape the religious character of children and fortify children from negative influences.  There are not many parents who work as educators in Krajan hamlet who are able to  apply it, which is very concerned about mental health, applies sex education to children  from childhood which is based on Islamic values and is able to become a consultant to  other parents around them. In addition, there is an assumption by the surrounding  community that the educator's family has higher knowledge and experience than other  families so that it is successful in internalizing the values of Islamic education in shaping  the religious character of children.  This study aims to describe and analyze the internalization of Islamic educational  values to shape the religious character of children in families who work as educators in  Krajan hamlet. This type of research is a qualitative case study research. The data  collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis by  means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To test the validity of  the data in this study, triangulation is used.  The results of this study are first, the process of internalizing the values of Islamic  education to shape the religious character of children, there are four families of educators  who carry out these stages starting from the value transformation then, the value  transaction stage, the last is the transisternalization stage While only one family stage  starts from the value transaction stage then , the stage of transinternalization, the last is  the transformation of Islamic educational values. Second, the methods used in  internalizing the values of Islamic education in children are exemplary methods,  habituation, qishah and field trips. Third, the values of Islamic education that are  internalized in the teacher's family are the values of faith/aqidah, moral values, and  worship values. Fourth, supporting factors include: parental background, intensity of  communication or family relationships.
