Karwadi, M.Ag %T MANAJEMEN STRATEGIS DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN PONDOK PESANTREN TEGALSARI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 %X Social restrictions that affect various aspects of life have encouraged Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari to be able to survive and continue to carry out the Islamic boarding school learning process. The learning of the book which is the main learning in Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari has shifted its implementation methods. This happened as a form of learning development in Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari during the covid-19 pandemic. Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari runs the strategic management stage in the implementation of learning development during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study, as follows: (1) To find out the implementation of strategy management carried out in the development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari learning during the covid-19 pandemic; (2) To know the ideal concept of strategy management in the development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a phenomenological research approach. Data collection is done with observation techniques (participant observation), interview (in depth interview), and documentation. While data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data displays, and data validity checks through source triangulation and then conclusion withdrawal. Based on the results of research with the title of Strategic Management in the Development of Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic it was found that: (1) Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari has implemented strategy management in its learning development process during the covid-19 pandemic ranging from environmental observation, strategy formulation, implementation, to evaluation; (2) The ideal concept of strategy management based on Hunger and Wheelen, the development of Learning Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari during the covid-19 pandemic must be able to identify uncertainties in every internal and external analysis carried out, identify possible shifts in external variables can be considered, devise strategies that are able to answer the formulation of W-T (strategies that minimize weaknesses and avoid threats), preparing a budget as needed in the strategy implementation process, comparing the performance that has been carried out with the performance standards to be achieved in the beginning. %K Manajemen Strategis, Pengembangan Pembelajaran, Pondok Pesantren, Covid-19 %D 2022 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib50981
