With the current socio-economic conditions, there is no longer any theft which is categorized as light. This maximum loss value was changed by the Supreme Court with the issuance of Supreme Court Regulation Number 02 of 2012 concerning Adjustment of Limits for Minor Crimes and the Amount of Fines in the Criminal Code. One of the cases based on case decision number 4/PID.C/2021/PN KLN at the Klaten District Court where the defendant on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at around 20:00 WIB took place in the quality control room at the Innagroup Textile Manufacture factory, the defendant committing the crime of stealing a piece of cloth with a Winnie the pooh pattern measuring 2 x 2 meters with a price per meter of Rp. 15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah). As a result of the defendant's actions, the Innagroup Textile Manufacture factory suffered a loss of Rp. 30,000 (thirty thousand rupiah). The purpose of this thesis research is to find out how to implement the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 02 of 2012 on Decision Number: 4/Pid.C/2021/Pn Kln and to find out whether Decision Number: 4/Pid.C/2021/Pn Kln has fulfilled The Principle of Legal Certainty, the Principle of Legal Justice, and the Principle of Legal Benefits. This type of research is library research (library). The research method used is a normative juridical approach based on the law (statue approach) and case approach (case approach). Data was collected by means of library research and interviews. The results of this thesis research indicate that the implementation of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2012 concerning Adjustment of the Limits of Minor Crimes and the Amount of Fines in the Criminal Code against Decision No. 4/Pid.C/2021/Pn Kln has been implemented and has been effectively implemented as mandated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2012.
