Pd abstract: This research is motivated by the availability of micro-counseling practice guides that already exist which are still inadequate, especially in REBT counseling materials integrated with Islamic values which can be used as a guide for students in conducting micro-counseling practices. The module needs analysis got a percentage of 100% with the category of inadequate guidance for micro-counseling practices and got a percentage of 95.5% with the category of students in dire need of the module. For this reason, researchers developed a REBT counseling learning module that integrates Islamic values in dealing with academic stress. Islamic values that are integrated into the REBT counseling process in dealing with academic stress are general and specific. General Islamic values include intentions, greetings, thanksgiving and prayers, while specific ones include delivering and explaining the message of Surah Al-Baqarah verse 153, Ash-Sharh verses 5 to 6, Al-Ahzab verse 21 and the Hadith of virtue. Istighfar, as well as the application of remembrance relaxation techniques. This research is a research and development (R&D) with a 4-D model development procedure including the define, design, develop and disseminate stages. This study aims to determine the procedure and the quality of developing an integrated REBT counseling learning module with Islamic values in dealing with academic stress. This research only stopped at the develop stage in the internal validation test and did not practice using the module in the field, thus producing a hypothetical model product. Product quality was assessed by one material expert and one media expert. Product quality assessment was carried out using a questionnaire sheet with a Likert scale. The results of the research, firstly the development of this module includes the define, design, and develop stages.
