The registrant's questions and complaints must be responded immediately so that the problems experienced by the registrant are immediately resolved. For this reason, the authors developed the Admission Helpdesk of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as a means of submitting questions and complaints. The chosen method for the development of Admission Helpdesk is feature driven development. The Helpdesk is divided into three main modules, registration process status module, information module, and messaging module. Based on the test results, the Admission helpdesk of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta successfully met the test criteria that had been made. The Admission Helpdesk of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has been successfully implemented and has been used on the website admisi.uin-suka.ac.id to improve services at the Admission unit of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
