This study aims to determine the effect of participative leadership style, affective commitment, the big five personality and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Branch Office Bank Muamalat in Yogyakarta. The population of this study were all employees of Bank Muamalat in Yogyakarta, including the Sub-Branch Offices and Cash Offices of Bank Muamalat in Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. The primary data in this study used 65 processed questionnaires. In addition, interviews were also conducted to support the data. OLS regression is used to answer research questions with the help of IBM SPSS data analysis tools Statistics 20. The results show that participatory leadership style, affective commitment, the big five personality and perceived organizational support simultaneously have a positive effect on OCB. Partially, the participative leadership style has a positive effect on OCB with a t count of 2.808> 1.998 and a sig value of 0.07. The big five personality has a positive effect on OCB with t arithmetic of 2.504> 1.998 and sig value of 0.015. And perceived organizational support has a positive effect on OCB with t count of 2.727> 1.998 and sig 0.009. However, affective commitment had no effect on OCB with a t value of 1.541 <1.998 and a sig value of 0.129.
