abstract: Minimarket Rumah Belanja is a private minimarket that makes products and services to fulfill daily needs. Because this minimarket is private and the network is not yet extensive so the stability of Minimarket Rumah Belanja in running a business in the retail sector is still not optimal and has decreased income. Then in this research supply chain performance measurement will be carried out using the SCOR model and analysis using cause and effect diagrams in order to find out in detail the causes of a supply chain performance metric in critical or bad conditions. Measurement of supply chain performance using the SCOR model includes the process of plan, source, make, deliver, and return. After measuring supply chain performance metrics in each process using the SCOR model, three metrics are found that are in bad condition or need to be repaired immediately. Its metrics are the % accuracy of product sales planning metrics, % accuracy of product delivery planning to customers, and cycle time of procurement of goods from the supplier to the minimarket warehouse. Then according to the analysis using cause and effect diagrams, the metrics are improved from four factors, its factors are method, human, machine, and environmental. For example, the proposal for the A11-% metric of product sales planning accuracy is the creation of a marketing team to design a better marketing strategy.
