Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 32 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan, Namun, Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan dan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
