N2  - Since 2013 admision proccess of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University
utilized Information Technology. Unfortunatelly, the current information system
use an obsolate software that cant support a further development. The software
have not any update since 2015. An obsolate Framework and environment will be
dificult to develop because it needs external library or plugin wich is rare to find.
The interfce also can not be responsive so the system can not work properly if it
accesed from mobile phone.
So, admision centre of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University decide to
convert the current sysyem into a new system. Hopefully, the new system can
challenge and fulfill the requirement of system information development. The step
of research are data gathering, old system analysis, new system plan, and
evaluation.
There are many users accessing this system. So it is too risky if the
conversion using Direct Cut Over Method. The conversion proccess involve
system users wich is bachelor degree, master degree, and doctoral degree.
Conversion method wich is involve users is Pilot Conversion. The implementation
of Paralel Cut Over at master degree users can reduce the risk. But the it was high
cost because it use eight information system components. While
