Van Dijk) %X Films can construct various realities, such as the Guru-Guru Gokil film which represents the reality of the teaching profession. The construction of the reality of the teaching profession represented in the film cannot be separated from the actual reality. However, the reality of the teaching profession that is constructed in the film Guru-Guru Gokil is highly dependent on the ideology of the filmmaker. Therefore, this research was conducted to answer how the reality of the teaching profession in the film. The data analysis used in this study uses a qualitative approach that is content analysis. The qualitative analysis method that will be used is discourse analysis. The method used by the researcher is the discourse analysis model of Teun A. Van Dijk. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that by selecting texts, compiling story lines and visual films, filmmakers shape the second reality teaching professions in accordance with the desired goals. The film wants to give an understanding to the public that behind the teacher's example, teachers are also ordinary people who have personal problems like human life in general.
