Marhumah, M.Pd. abstract: Habituation is one method in developing of religious and moral values in early childhood through the process of formation of attitudes or behavior consistently and repeatedly. The underlying essence of innovation in habituation is the emergence of weakness or deficiency when the method of habituation is applied. This causes the need for innovation in habituation in order to develop of religious and moral values of children optimally. This research will describe the innovation of habituation in the development of religious and moral values in BA 'Aisyiyah Krakitan I Bayat Klaten by focusing on three things, namely stage and step of innovation, implementation and result of innovation of applied habituation. This type of research is a qualitative approach directed at field research (Field Research). Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (display data), conclusion and verification. Furthermore, to test the validity of data is done by extension of participation, diligence observation and triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Innovation habituation through 5 stages of knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation and confirmation. While the steps of innovation starts from the step of change, addition, rearrangement and strengthening. (2) Implementation of innovation habituation starting from planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning innovation habituation begins with the preparation of the semester program and add religious material, the preparation of RPPM and preparation of RPPH, then Material that became habituation included in the SOP. Implementation of innovation in the form of morning materials, core activities, rest, closing activities and special activities carried out through 6 activities that are routine, special, integrated, spontaneous, exemplary and programmed.
