A study conducted in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive analytical method. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The data credibility test by the triangulation data source speaker. The data analysis technique condicted by before-field data analysis and in-field data analysis with Miles and Huberman model, which include data reduction, data display, and verivication. The results of this study show that: First, the management of every components of the SBM is the practice management against any components of SBM in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, which include curriculum management (planning, implementation, and assessment), management educators and educational personnel (planning and procurement, founding and development, assessment, and dismissal), student management (acceptance of new learners, learning management, guidance and coaching), financial management ( planning, implementation, and evaluation), infrastructure management (planning, procurement, inventory, storage, utilization, and removal), management of relationships with community school (educational relations, cultural and institutional), and special services management (library services, health services, and security services). Second, the implementation of SBM in this study was done through six steps are arranged systematically and continuously, namely: (1) self assessment, (2) preparation of the vision, mission, and goals, (3) planning, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation, and (6) reporting.
