"Quantitative research with data analysis method in the form of associative\r\nevaluation was aims to evaluate the level of effectiveness and relationship and\r\ncontribution of implementation of university autonomy in balanced scorecard\r\nperspective covering four sub factors namely financial perspective, customer\r\nperspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective,\r\non quality learning. This research based on the theory of Two Factors that was\r\ninitiating by Frederick Herzberg.\r\nThe research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher\r\nTraining UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, with a sample of 242 students from the\r\npopulation of 610 students force 2015. Sampling was base on the rules of\r\nProbability sampling by cluster random sampling technique. Independent\r\nvariable in this research is implementation of university autonomy in financial\r\nperspective (X1), customer perspective (X2), internal process perspective (X3), and\r\nlearning and growth perspective (X4), while the dependent variable is the quality\r\nof learning (Y). In this study also mapped control variables in the form of interest\r\nin learning (Z). Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive\r\nstatistics and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and\r\nSocial Sciences) application.\r\nThe result of research shows that the relationship between the\r\nimplementation of university autonomy in the perspective of balanced scorecard is\r\nthe financial perspective (X1) on the quality of learning (Y) influenced by the\r\ncomparison of bivariate correlation (ryx) with partial correlation (ryx.z) obtained\r\nby ryx < ryx.z, and regression analysis results obtained contribution of variable X1\r\nto variable Y equal to 1.8%. Meanwhile, the relation between the implementation\r\nof university autonomy in the perspective of balanced scorecard which includes\r\nthe customer perspective (X2), internal process perspective (X3), and learning and\r\ngrowth perspective (X4) with the quality of learning (Y) have no direct effect, but\r\nmediated by interest study (Z). This is based on comparison of result of bivariate\r\ncorrelation analysis (ryx) with partial correlation (ryx.z) obtained ryx > ryx.z for\r\nthree independent variables (X2, X3, and X4). Based on the result of regression\r\nanalysis, the contribution of X2 variable to Y variables is Z-mediated by 45.7%,\r\nthe contribution of X3 to Y variable was mediating by 42.2%, and the contribution\r\nof X4 to Y variable is 42.3%.
