Arabic text book Ta'lim Al-Lughah Al-'Arabiyyah class X published by the Muhammadiyah Institute is a renewal of the previous edition and curriculum. then, the authors interested in researching with the aim to know the concept of an ideal textbook, the content of textbooks according to behavioristic perspective, and the suitability of textbooks in the acquisition of a second language. The method used is library research, and documentation as data collection techniques. To analyze the data obtained using descriptive-analysis method, then the data can be interpreted and described with the aim of drawing conclusions made The results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the concepts contained in this book are: 1) this textbook uses the concept of learning indirectly to learners. 2) this textbook is in accordance with the standard of writing on textbooks. 3) theoretically behaviorism of this book has the concept of stimulus and appropriate to be used for high school level.
