ID - digilib52220 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/52220/ A1 - Mochlasin, NIM.: 10.32.535 Y1 - 2018/01/30/ N2 - This study aims to determine whether customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) affects the behavioral intention (intention to use) of the Muslim customers of sharia bank; (2) whether the customer trust influences the behavioral intention of the Muslim customers of the sharia bank; (3) whether religious motive affects the behavioral intention of Muslim customers of sharia banks; (4) whether the knowledge of the haram fatwa or bank?s interest moderates the relationship of customer satisfaction, customer trust, and religious motive to the behavioral intention of the Muslim customers of sharia bank; and (5) whether the behavioral intention has an effect on actual use on the Muslim customers of sharia banks. This field research uses the population of sharia banks? customers in Yogyakarta Special Region. In terms of its objectives, this type of research is included in confirmatory research by using a quantitative approach, which emphasizes its analysis on data of numbers treated with statistics using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings of this study are (1) customer satisfaction has no significant positive effect on the desire to use sharia bank; (2) customer trust and religious motive have a significant positive effect on the intention to use sharia bank; (3) the relationship of customer satisfaction and trust to the intention of using sharia bank is reinforced by the variable of the knowledge of the fatwa on bank interest; (4) the relation of religious motive to the intention to use sharia bank is weakened by the variable of the knowledge of the fatwa on bank interest; this is allegedly due to the strong influence of religious motive towards the intention to use sharia bank; and (5) the intention to use sharia bank has a significant positive effect on actual use.
