        abstract = {This paper will analyze the contract of financing product of "Hajj Loan" applied by Islamic bank in Indonesia, case study of BSM which is known as the biggest Islamic bank in Indonesia. First of all, this paper will gave some overview about the product of "Hajj Loan" in the perspective of contract. second, this paper will analyze some shariah problems that appear in Hajj loan product and show the Pragmatism Paradigm of Islamic Finance.
