ID - digilib52360 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/52360/ A1 - Abdul Hanan, NIM.: 1620410022 Y1 - 2018/05/04/ N2 - This study aims to determine; 1) How is the Strategic Management of MTs Ishlahul Muslimin Leadership Head of West Lombok Senteluk, 2) How is the implementation of SWOT analysis in MTs Ishlahul Muslimin Senteluk West Lombok, 3) What are the internal and external factors of MTs Ishlahul Muslimin Senteluk West Lombok school program. This research is a field research by using descriptive analysis, namely to describe and provide explanations concerning a data or state or phenomenon that the data collected and presented can be easily understood. Data collection methods obtained from interviews, data documentation, and data triangulation. The results can be summarized as follows; (1) Strategic management pattern at Madrasah Ishlahul Muslimin Senteluk West Lombok based SWOT, namely SWOT is used as a tool of strategy formation in the preparation of madrasah development planning by developing a vision and mission, so as to create strategic decisions and policies, (2) implementation of strategic management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ishlahul Muslimin Senteluk Lombok Barat, in accordance with the basic concepts of strategic management Fred. R. David consists of three stages, namely the SWOT-based strategic planning stage, strategic implementation which includes the socialization stage, the creation of madrasah conditions, and the provision of human resources and supporting facilities, as well as the stage of control which includes supervision activities, monitoring program, audit and performance evaluation and the budget that is done regularly, (3) there are several supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing strategic management at the Ishlahul Muslimin Ismail Mosque in Senteluk West Lombok, as for the details as follows: there are four factors that support the implementation of strategic management, that are: A thorough awareness of all elements of the madrasah in realizing effective and efficient school management, commitment of leaders and all strong elements of madrasah in realizing a superior educational institution Availability of quality resources so it can respond and can perform well with various madrasah programs, good organizational culture and school climate. Meanwhile, the obstacles in implementing strategic management among others are: : not yet uniformly professional teachers, sources of funds that have not been maximized, utilization of infrastructure facilities that have not been fully utilized properly by every element of the madrasah.
