This research is quantitative descriptive research. Subjects in this study is users at Library and Archives Office of Kulon Progo, while the object of this research is the perception of the quality of the OPAC users in the process of information retrieval. Methods of data collection through questionnaires, observations, interviews and, documentation. Meanwhile, the study population is users registered and active is users in Library and Archives Office of Kulon Progo, amounting to 14 892 many people. With the large population sample of 99 people was taken. Analysis of the data using the formula mean and mean grean. The results showed that the quality of the OPAC at Library and Archives Office of Kulon Progo good quite. It can be seen from the average total variable quality of the OPAC in the process of information retrieval that is equal to 2.87. Advice from the author to the library is user education should be conducted in order to better understand users OPAC and OPAC facility within the search facility and provide additional information and can better meet the needs of users} }
