Ag. M.Ag. abstract: Social deviations and criminal acts committed by teenagers lately are quite disturbing to the community, the lack of family attention is one of the causes of these actions. Internal education is not just an action (process), but must be present in practice and implementation, which is carried out by fathers and mothers. But in reality the patriarchal system arises from the absence of representation of women's duties in the social order, as well as in terms of education and child care in the family. the patriarchal system is increasingly choking women women carry more tasks in taking care of the house and educating children at home. Therefore, good family relations must be developed to maintain balance in human life, especially knowledge about gender equality in family education. . This research is a type of qualitative research that is included in library research with the primary source being the book by Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir entitled Qirā'ah Mubādalah: Progressive Interpretation for Gender Justice in Islam. The data collection is done by documentation. The analytical technique used in this research is content analysis by going through the stages of data formation, sampling, recording, data reduction, drawing conclusions, analysis and validation. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The concept of mubādalah education is to educate by means of mutual, partnership, cooperation, and fairness between family members without any gender bias 2). There are five variables of the concept of mubādalah in Islamic education, namely as servants of Allah, caliphs on earth, recipients of the same promise from divine promises, servants who have responsibility and potential servants to achieve achievements. The view of Islamic education is similar to the concept of mubādalah, including; Integration, balance, equality and progress, problems, universal, dynamic and accepting of change and development. 3).
