The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The technique used for data collection is observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is by following the Miles and Hubermann model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the existing problems are divided into 2, namely technical problems and problems of completeness of evidence. Technical problems are problems faced in terms of a technical nature. Technical problems are limited time because some teams have main tasks other than accreditation preparation; and budget management that affects the problem of completeness of evidence. While the problem of completeness of this evidence leads to matters relating to components. All components in the instrument have their problems, but all of them can be achieved except for three aspects that have not been resolved until now, namely the head of the librarian who is not a functional librarian with a S1/S2 level of education in the library and the lack of library staff with a permanent staff status of at least 4 people. Efforts are being made to solve the problem, namely by increasing working hours or overtime on weekends; school residents participate and contribute to the preparation; collaboration of the accreditation team; and detailing all the needs and requirements that must be met, so that it is easier and clearer when looking for how the effort needs to be achieved.
