The implementation of learning from home previously to overcome the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, currently began to be carried out limited face-to-face learning. As an adaptation of online learning to offline (offline), the right strategy is needed so as not to directly implement full offline. Especially for students, lectures from full online to offline require adaptation. Especially housing for students who travel and return home, costs, transportation and other needs. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research data sources, namely students in semester I and III PIAUD UIN Mataram, educators (lecturers), and staff (education staff) of the PIAUD study program. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and interviews. Using 3 stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclutions. The data validity test technique uses triangulation, namely technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that the strategy blended learning strategy used by the PIAUD UIN Mataram study program in semester I and III was and adaptation of the new normal policy. The implementation of the Blended Learning strategy is carried out starting from the introduction of campus and student academic culture to the lecture process (online and offline). The implications of implementing blended learning, using devices on student independence are very impactful, so the importance of gadgets during the adaptation of the new normal.
