description: The formulation of the problem of this thesis is how the hypnotherapy process is to increase devotion to parents of grade 9 students at MTs NU Ihyaul Ulum Kudus, Central Java, aiming to find out the hypnotherapy process which is very effective and creative in dealing with student problems at school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the object of this research is the therapist, 5 9th grade students of MTs NU Ihyaul Ulum, parents of 5 selected students, the object is believed to be able to provide information about the hypnotherapy process at MTs NU Ihyaul Ulum. The results of this study indicate that the hypnotherapy process carried out to increase devotion to parents at MTs NU Ihyaul Ulum Kudus Central Java students is Pre-Induction Talk, Induction, Deepening, Suggestion and Termination supported by the Role Model and Programmed Positive Imagery methods. And in the study, it was concluded that the hypnotherapy process was able to change the mindset and behavior of students for the better than before hypnotherapy was carried out. So, hypnotherapy is an alternative to build a good attitude by instilling positive suggestions in the subconscious, because every human action is based on things that have been embedded in his subconscious.
