N2  - This study aims to determine the da'wah communication possessed by Habib Husain Ja'far Al-Hadar in utilizing his YouTube channel. The research uses communication theory in da'wah, a form of communication that is unique because the communicator conveys his da'wah material based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. This study uses a qualitative, descriptive content analysis approach. There are 3 research focuses that are sought in the da'wah communication used by Habib Husain Ja'far in utilizing his YouTube media, namely his da'wah communication style, his da'wah communication principles, and his da'wah communication strategy. The results of this study are that first, the preaching communication style that Habib Husain Ja'far Al-Hadar has is an assertive style. Habib Husain Ja'far conveys his da'wah message transparently, avoids justification, is honest, conveys messages with consideration of ideas and hopes, and also often uses humor or jokes. Second, Habib Husain's principles have applied six principles of da'wah communication based on the Koran, namely: qaulan layyinan, qaulan sadidan, qaulan maysuran, qaulan baligha, qaulan ma'rufa, and qaulan karima. In the content of his da'wah, Habib Husain Ja'far applies six principles of communication in the Koran by using words that are gentle, polite, firm, straightforward, and honest. The sentences conveyed are also easy to understand or digest by the mad'u. Third, the communication da'wah strategy that Habib Husain Ja'far pays attention to the conditions and circumstances of his da'wah target, where in this case, Mad'u Habib Husain Ja'far is a millennial youth. Those who are the targets of Habib Husain Ja'far's da'wah are in a state of feeling lost and need enlightenment from Habib Husain Ja'far to get to know Islam more deeply. Habib Husain Ja'far also has a level or size of da'wah material that is easy for millennial youth to understand because the way Habib Husain chooses the concept of his da'wah content is very light, funny, and contemporary. Habib Husain Ja'far also packaged content with illustrations and effects to attract Mad'u's attention. Some comments from the audience left in the video column also prove that many like Habib Husain Ja'far's way of preaching, even non-Muslims.
