So the communication that takes place in it is unique because communication itself is very important for kyai and santri in establishing harmonization in the pesantren environment, as the author studied at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School NU Pesanggrahan, namely applying the ethical values of the pesantren through the form of interpersonal and group communication. he made the kyai figure as a communicator and santri as a communicant, through the habit of mingling directly with the surrounding community so that the santri in the cottage had communication that could create concern and sensitivity to others. Based on the above, the formulation of the problem taken is How is Interpersonal Communication of kyai and santri in establishing harmonization of relations at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School NU Pesanggrahan? and How is the communication between kyai and santri groups in establishing harmonious relations at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School NU Pesanggrahan? To answer these problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Technique data collection is done through : observation, interview and documentation and technique data analysis refer on Miles and model technique Huberman . Then could drawn conclusion that based on findings and deep data analysis study this , that existence relationship harmonious Among kyai and student at Pondok Boarding school Nurul Huda NU Pesanggrahan because existence Kyai's interpersonal communication and students, including: kyai speak with assertive and give solution, talk use language Java manners , talk with soft language, apply communication full control , respect kyai sit down , ask and listen with ok , say hello when meet good inside and outside boarding school as well as communication Students in blessing kyai .
