Diantara persoalan terdapat poin penting yang dapat dipetakan meliputi : Kebutuhan ekonomi, Rasa Kemandirian, Psikologis, dan Kesehatan. Kemudian di kerucutkan dalam beberapa kondisi keadaan yang di alami dengan perilaku mereka. Sehingga dapat di rangkum sekian karakter pada mereka. Untuk itu berbagai strategi dalam mengatasi berbagai persoalan terhadap mahasiswa pekerja, resiliensi hadir sebagai solusi.\r\nPenelitian ini menetapkan metode deskriptif dengan pandangan fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sebagai sumber data dengan segala kondisi dan perilaku mahasiswa pekerja yang di alami. Teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti lakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu : Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan terdiri dari 4 mahasiswa pekerja dari hasil data yang diperoleh, di deskripsikan dan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk kesatuan kalimat. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengatasi, menghadapi hambatan, rintangan dengan beberapa sumber I Have, I Am, I Can.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diantara persoalan yang dihadapi mahasiswa pekerja di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, disimpulkan beberapa nilai karakter yang dapat dipertahankan dengan sumber-sumber resiliensi yang ada. Resiliensi yang bersumber dari I Have terdapat: a). Dorongan kesehatan untuk menjaga diri dengan baik, b). Dorongan pribadi untuk semangat berjuang, c). Dorongan dari keluarga untuk percaya diri. Kemudian I Am terdapat : Rasa Peduli, Rasa Keinginan, Rasa Tanggung Jawab, Rasa Cinta, dan Rasa Bangga. Sumber I Can yang berasal dari diri sendiri dengan akses sosial meliputi Introspeksi diri dengan meminta banyak masukan terhadap sesama dan Evaluasi diri mengelola perasaan tentang apa yang di rasakan. Oleh karenanya, nilai karakter yang dapat dipertahankan dengan sumber resiliensi tersebut di mulai dari kewajiban belajar dengan skala perilaku kebiasaan mahasiswa saat bekerja meliputi : Nilai
