Based on this model, entrepreneurial readiness is determined by cognition and environmental factors. Entrepreneurial readiness includes three components, namely sociological readiness, psychological readiness, and entrepreneurial management readiness, which cannot be fully explained through cognitive and environmental variables. This study added two variables that can affect entrepreneurial readiness: entrepreneurial skills and college support. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 310 student respondents at Islamic Religious Colleges. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analytical tool with the aid of PLS 7 Warp Software. The results showed that entrepreneurship education can improve the entrepreneurial mindset, while the entrepreneurial mindset is an important variable in increasing entrepreneurial readiness. Entrepreneurship education is also proven to improve entrepreneurial skills, while entrepreneurial skills can enhance entrepreneurial readiness. Entrepreneurship education does not directly affect entrepreneurial readiness, but is mediated by entrepreneurial mindset and skills. Higher education support can improve the quality of entrepreneurship education, mindset and entrepreneurial skills.
