%T PERSEPSI TRADER TERHADAP FOREX ONLINE TRADING DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI ISLAM (STUDI KASUS KOMUNITAS NEW BONANZA DI KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG)
%X Forex (Foreign Exchange) is a trade that trades two different currencies. Usury and gambling are the main issues that raise pros and cons the legalition of the transactions in Islamic point of view. Forex (al-sharf) is categorized as a contemporary Islamic legal problem because it is not directly regulated in the Qur'an.
This research aims to determine the trader's perception of shari’a forextrading system. The approach which used is quantitative descriptive with online questionnaires as a data collection methods. The population in this research is new bonanza community in Temanggung. Samples were taken using non probability sampling technique with the kind of saturated samples. Data analized by Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 25.
Based on the anaysis of the data, it can be concluded that new bonanza community have a good perception of shari’a forex trading system. But, the transaction is not legal in shari'a because the purpose of the transaction is to take an advantage of difference in foreign exchange prices.
