abstract: Dalam dunia trading, prediksi saham memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan strategi trading yang efektif untuk mencapai keuntungan yang maksimum. Belakangan ini, deep learning, khususnya long short-term memory (LSTM) telah dirancang untuk bekerja dengan prediksi urutan. Keunggulan LSTM terletak pada kemampuan menangani masalah exploding/vanishing gradient. Dalam penelitian ini, tiga jenis LSTM yang digunakan bernama vanilla LSTM, CNN-LSTM, bidirectional LSTM dibandingkan untuk memprediksi suatu saham, lebih tepatnya harga saham ICBP (PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CNN-LSTM adalah jenis LSTM terbaik dengan nilai MAE dan R2 berurutan sebesar 74.1365 dan 96,6%.
