The development and existence of this tourist destination is very rapid. This is a special gift for the people of Hamlet Need as a whole because this tourist attraction can support the economy of the residents. However, some problems will be encountered over time. From the issue of income distribution for local residents to the crisis of justice, it will be a problem if there is no wage system that is just and adheres to the principle of consensualism. Due to the dynamics of tourism activities in this location, the incoming income is uncertain. This is very influential on the size of the income received by employees. The imbalance between what is done and the amount of income also experiences injustice. In this study, there are two formulations of the problem, namely First, How are the remuneration practices at the Nepal van Java Tourism Object. Second, how is the review of Islamic law on the practice of wages in the Nepal Van Java Tourism Village using an ijarah Bi al 'Amal. The method used by the authors is field research using a qualitative-descriptive approach and the perspective of the Ijarah Bi al 'Amal. Data collection techniques in this thesis using observation, documentation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis used the Qualitative-Analysis method. According to the results of this study, the remuneration system applied by the core management of Nepal van Java was in accordance with the Ijarah principle. Because the implementation of this remuneration has been approved by various parties, in this case the principle of consensualism has been fulfilled. Even if viewed within a month's salary period, this does not reach the minimum wage standard in the area, considering that this work is not the main livelihood of the residents, but only as a sideline or commonly called freelance %Z Pembimbing: Dr. H.
