This research is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing pre-defined hypotheses. The population of this study were all students of the Islamic Banking Department, as many as 272 students of the 2017 2018 and 2019 grades, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sampling of this study using purposive sampling technique. The data collected in this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The primary data in this study used 55 questionnaires that could be processed. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. The results obtained in this study indicate that simultaneously, the variable labor market considerations affect the interest of Islamic banking students to have a career in Islamic banks. Partially, it shows that the labor market consideration variable has a significant effect on the interest of Islamic banking students to have a career in Islamic banking, while the corporate image variables on social media and financial awards have no significant effect on the interest of Islamic Banking students for a career in Islamic Bank.} }
