The Vtube application must have a lot of new members, by joining through the referral code that has been given by the old member. Provisions for old members are required to have 20-40 members, old members benefit from each new member by means of their referral code. Based on the practice, it appears that the old members will benefit from the work of the new members. The method used in this study uses field research with a qualitative approach. In this study, the authors attempt to describe the mechanism of doubling money through the Vtube application, especially using the concept of justice theory of Wahbah az-Zuh̟ailī's opinion. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, online interviews through filling out questionnaires on google forms spreadsheets, and documentation in the form of questionnaire results. . The results of this study indicate that the investment multiplication system in the Vtube application is seen from the perspective of Islamic law, everything that is muamalah must be in accordance with Islamic economic principles, including: the principle of creed/tawhid, the principle of justice, the principle of honesty or truth, social principles, etc. . However, seeing the practice of the Vtube application business, it is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic law where the downline feels disadvantaged because the profit sharing is unfair or not in accordance with the work ethic carried out by the downline. This kind of income includes broken or invalid contracts due to bonuses obtained by the leader from new members.
