The COVID-19 pandemic has limited various aspects of our daily lives, this is no exception in the field of education. And in this pandemic period the impact of technological advances has pushed the world of education to adapt to the application of CAI or Computer Assisted Instruction for the continuation of learning activities in Indonesia, and this does not close to the implementation of CAI at MA NIPI Rakha which is an educational institution in Indonesia. Referring to the results of the tests that the researchers conducted with 96 respondents, the research in these 3 variables was able to run well. And the results of the questionnaire from 96 respondents showed that the internal factors of students were 30.21% Strongly Agree, 31.77% Agree, 25.59% Neutral, teacher skill factor variable 28.85% Strongly Agree, 31.35% Agree, 27.29 % Neutral and infrastructure variable 17.01% Strongly Agree, 26.39% Agree, 41.67% Neutral that these three variables are very influential in the achievement of CAI implementation in MA NIPI Rakha.
