%X This study was aimed to examine the effect of financial performance, dividend previous years, and firm size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2017-2021 period. Profitability, liquidity, leverage, previous year's dividend, and firm size used to explain the factors that could influence the dividend policy. The data used in this study was secondary data. This study took a sample of 23 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2017-2021 with a total of 115 data. The technique in taking this sample used purposive sampling, and the data in this study used data from 2017 to 2021. The study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were the variables of liquidity, leverage, dividend previous years and firm size have no effected on dividend policy. Meanwhile, the profitability variable had a significant negative effect on dividend policy.
