N2  - This research is motivated by researcher interest about how to manage human resource management on improving the quality of education at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak which of 9 years or as relatively new, was able to achieve the second highest National Examination score at the district of Demak. Based on that point certainly one of the successes of human resources at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak in organizing the learning process at school. This reasearch purposed to find out how the way of human resource management includes the plan procedure, improved programs for the competence of educators, assessment of educators and education staff. To improve the quality of education through curriculum implementation about learning programs, facilities and infrastructure as well.
This research is a qualitative research with instruments of accumulate using interviews, observations and documentation techniques. Data processing and data analysing using the triangulation of source data method.
The results of research on the management of human resource in improving the quality of education at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak as follows. The way of strategy plan for improving the quality of education is carried out by making a prior analysis of school needs by involving all school fellows. Based on these analysis implemented by creating the learning program that able to answer the results of the previous analysis. The method to increase the professionalism of educators are carried out by the school by holding a ta'lim program to improve the quality of religion which contains Islamic studies and Tahsin Al-Qur'an. Then there other programs which are training and workshops held from regional education ministry and school. The evaluation process is carried out by schools, foundations and from the regional education ministry. therefore in improving the quality of education at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak, of course, the school holds a learning program with reference to the national curriculum and the background of an integrated Islamic school. School infrastructure is sufficient to support learning, but improvements are still needed in the future. The achievements of students showed significant improvement as evidenced by the academic and non-academic achievements achieved in several years
