To help women who\r\ncarry multiple burdens, the provision of sufficient work autonomy and work from home\r\narrangements is expected to enable them to achieve work-life balance.\r\nThe importance of this study is to find out whether the Work From Home variable has a\r\nmoderating effect on the relationship between Work Autonomy and Work-Life Balance on married\r\nfemale teachers. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with sampling using\r\naccidental sampling techniques and succeeded in collecting 159 subjects. The data analysis\r\ntechnique used is sub-group regression analysis with the chow technique..\r\nThe results showed that the work from home variable had no moderating effect on the\r\nrelationship between work autonomy and work-life balance. The results of the Chow test showed\r\nthat the calculated F value was 0.765 and the F table value was 3.063. Because the calculated F\r\nvalue < F table value, the regression equation between the WFH and Non-WFH observation\r\nsubgroups did not differ significantly so that the WFH variable was not a moderating variable.\r\nMeanwhile, from the results of the Karl Pearson correlation test, it was found that the\r\nsignificance value between work autonomy and Work- Life Balance was 0.000 (<0.05) and the\r\nPearson correlations value obtained was 0.542 so that there was a significant positive relationship\r\nbetween work autonomy and Work-Life Balance."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
