The purpose of this research is analyzing subsurface lithology based on shear-wave velocity value from ground profiles modeling. The ground profiles modeling used ellipticity curve methode with primary input parameter in the form of P-wave velocity, S-wave velocity, density, and poisson ratio. The results showed that the Vs value of Merapi Muda Formation varied between 108,25 m/s to 1390,83 m/s dominated by sandstone and breccia. The Vs value of Nglanggran Formation varied between 135,92 m/s to 2311,67 m/s dominated by lava flows. The Vs value of Semilir Formation varied between 182,84 m/s to 1960,34 m/s dominated by dacite and andesite. The Vs value of Wonosari Formation varied between 219,44 m/s to 1027,04 m/s dominated by limestone. The Vs value of Sambipitu Formation varied between 146,15 m/s to 1170,44 m/s dominated by siltstone and sandstone. The Vs value of Aluvium Formation varied between 164,68 m/s to 836,41 m/s dominated by silt and clay.} }
