Based on the above problems, a study can be conducted to determine the level of usability based on the user's character in the Management System (LMS) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga (E-Learning) and Yogyakarta State University (Be-Smart). This study uses an inferential quantitative approach. . The research instrument uses usability metrics, namely the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ), System Usability Scale (SUS), Usability Metric for User Experience (UMUX), and NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS). After that, it will be analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity of variance test, statistical power, and equivalence. Validity is obtained that most of the interface display criteria with user experience show valid. In the results of the reliability test, it was found that all the criteria for the interface with user experience showed reliable results. In contrast to the results of the normality test, it was obtained that all of the interface display criteria with user experience showed abnormal results. The homogeneity test results show that most of the interface display criteria with user experience show non-homogeneous results. While the results of the equivalence test between UIN Research 1 and UIN Research 2 obtained mostly equivalent and different results, while in the equivalence test between UNY Research 1 and UNY Research 2 obtained the same results, which are partially equivalent and different.} }
