The company's success in increasing sales has attracted researchers to examine the strategy undertaken by PT SMB. This study examines how the promotion mix of PT SMB in increasing sales of services. This study uses an analysis unit of advertising theory, digital marketing, direct marketing, personal marketing, sales promotion and public relations. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative study. The process of collecting data was carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is that PT SMB uses a promotional strategy by emphasizing on 2 things, direct marketing and personal selling. This strategy was carried out because of the company's efforts to maximize the sales system through networking for every PT SMB personnel. Meanwhile, digital marketing and PT SMB promotional events are oriented towards increasing brand awareness, not selling. Public relations activities do not have an impact on increasing sales.
