This aims to increase state and regional income in the field of local alcoholic beverages in Indonesia.  Based on the findings obtained, alcohol investment is not in line with the benefits that exist in society, because the impact of drinks contained in alcohol can cause chaos in the community. This, of course, is not in accordance with the Indonesian constitution, in which all the rules made must improve the welfare of the community and guarantee security and other sectors. This paper is an explanation of investment research in the alcohol sector in terms of the perspective of Siyasah Syar'iyah. The type of research used by the author is library research, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observed behavior. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data and information by reviewing existing library materials and relevant to existing problems. This library research is in the form of books, journals, theses, articles, and other literatures related to the research theme that discusses the policies of the Indonesian State.  The results of this study are not in accordance with existing regulations where there is a legal vacuum that occurs in the community regarding alcohol regulations, but in general, alcohol investment regulations have been beneficial for people whose job is selling local liquor. From the perspective of Siyasah Syar'iyah, the establishment of alcohol investment is not in line with the principles of these regulations, in which all regulations made must prosper the community from all aspects, both in terms of economy and community safety in order to create and realize benefits in the midst of society. among Indonesian society.
