description: Skin is the most vital part of an toddlers body since it’s very susceptible to  diseases. The absent of a dermatologist or an expert on skin who can diagnose the  disease that they are having and give a proper solution caused the healing process  become very long or even cause something more dangerous for the patient. To  solve that problem, there has been an expert system with the aim to diagnose skin  disease on children and give the solution to prevent it and to cure it.  This expert system diagnose the skin disease on children by prevention  solution and curing as first aid using web as its basic, built with the Case Based  Reasoning method, where the count of similarity is being used. The counting of  similarity is used for choosing the most relevant and suitable cases. This research  use PHP as programming language and MySQL as its database.  This expert system will make diagnosing the disease much easier.  Enabling us to adapt easily and faster because the source is made in the form of  many different cases. It also can help to create the solution for preventing and  curing the disease based on the symptoms happen on the patient based on the  already existing rules.
